Software products, licence keys, and digital assets are delivered instantly or shortly after your payment is confirmed. You can access your purchases and licence details from your account dashboard, and where relevant we send download links and keys to your registered email address. Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout.

2. SaaS & Web App Subscriptions

Cloud subscriptions and web apps are provisioned once payment is verified. You will receive access credentials or an activation link, and your subscription runs for the term selected at purchase. Renewals, upgrades, and cancellations are managed from your account.

3. IT Consulting, Digital Solutions & Tech Support

For consulting engagements, custom builds, and support services, our team will reach out after purchase to confirm scope, schedule a kickoff, and agree on timelines. Services are delivered remotely or on-site as appropriate. Custom deliverables — such as websites, apps, integrations, and designs — are handed over on completion, along with any relevant documentation and access.
